Phantouch Unjindamanee
Founder & Managing Partner
Phantouch brings a hybrid background spanning investment banking, strategic advisory, and entrepreneurial operating experience. He began his career in investment banking, working on transactions across M&A, capital markets, and strategic finance before transitioning into an operating role where he co-founded and scaled a multi-location consumer retail business.

This blend of analytical rigor and real-world execution shapes Touch’s approach to advisory work. His experience includes capital raising, private advisory engagements, cross-border strategic mandates, and founder- and family-led situations requiring clarity, disciplined structuring, and judgment. He works closely with business owners, investors, and partners to evaluate opportunities, engineer solutions, and navigate complex decisions with precision.

Touch holds a B.S. in Global Business (Finance & Economics) from Fordham University and an ALM in Finance from Harvard University.
Pichai Chainarongloka
Senior Advisor — Real Estate, M&A, and Special Situations
Pichai brings deep experience across investment banking, real estate advisory, development, and special situations throughout Thailand. His career includes roles in investment banking and financial advisory, followed by senior leadership positions within the real estate sector covering project development, asset management, complex restructurings, and operational turnarounds.

In addition to his operational and advisory background, Pichai serves as a board member of publicly listed companies in Thailand, providing governance oversight and strategic guidance across growth, restructuring, and capital market matters. His board roles further strengthen his perspective on corporate decision-making, regulatory dynamics, and stakeholder alignment.

Pichai maintains long-standing relationships with private equity professionals, real estate funds, and institutional investors — enabling Capstone to bridge local market insight with sophisticated capital partners. He has advised developers, operators, lenders, and business owners across hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets on acquisitions, divestments, capital solutions, and restructuring scenarios.​
